Where Are The Price Breaks?
Our new website platform has many new features. One of these features allows us the benefit of assigning quantity price break levels to customers. This reduces the number of online items the Web Master has to maintain and eliminates confusion for new visitors who are not aware of our price break system.
For Resellers, it means that you must be logged in as a registered user who's account is configured by the Web Master for the quantity price break you have earned in order to make an online purchase at that level. Some Resellers were notified via our mailing list and took advantage of the pre-registration offered by the Web Master. If you are one of these people, you should have received a password via email and your account is already setup. If not, you will need to complete the steps below in order to make a purchase at your price break level.
Step One - Get Registered
If you were not pre-registered by the Web Master, please click on the register link located at the top of the page, complete the form, and submit.
Step Two - Get The Price Break You Earned
Contact the Web Master via chat, contact us form, or call (813) 885-4259. The Web Master is usually available 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday through Saturday occasionally stepping away from her desk for an outside appointment.
Step Three - Shop
Now all you need to do is login and you will see the prices have been reduced to the quantity purchase price break level you have earned.
What happens if I wish to upgrade my price break level by making a qualifying online purchase?
Please contact the Web Master in advance of placing your order to request that your account be changed to the new level.
How does the Web Master know my price break level?
In most cases, the Web Master can only take your word for it. We have confidence that you will be honest and fair. If you place an order at a price level that you have not earned, the Owners will not ship your order until you make it right.
What if I don't know my price break level?
In some cases the Web Master can lookup your online purchase history over the last 12 months. If your purchases have been mainly offline, you may need to contact the owners by using the contact us form or calling (843) 426-4119.
