Store Policies

Save time and money by familiarizing yourself with our store policies before you make your first purchase.

Shipping

Unless otherwise notified, orders are shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation via USPS for orders under $76 and UPS for orders $76 and over.  During the checkout process, shipping will be calculated based on the total amount in your cart.  Orders less than $76 will be $3 in shipping.  Orders $76 to $165.99 will be $9.50 in shipping.  Orders $166 to $407.99 will be calculated at the rate of approximately 6%.  Orders $408 and over will be $24.50 in shipping.  The exact shipping table is available by clicking here.

Privacy

Your registration information is only used to process orders and if necessary returns.  As a policy, we do not share or sell your information to anyone.  If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be used by our Web Master to send new product news and status updates.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Returns

Our pendants and beads are handmade.  Some minor flaws add character.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please make verbal arrangements within 7 days from receipt of your order by calling (843) 426-4119.

Payments

We highly recommend using PayPal.  Even if you do not have a PayPal account or wish to create one, PayPal will security process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Bank Card payment.  Please note that orders paid for with eChecks will not ship until the eCheck has cleared.  For thos who prefer not to use PayPal, we offer credit card processing for Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

We still offer price breaks which are only visible to those who are registered for their qualified price break.  Learn more about price breaks.
